How to Set Up Your Google Review NFC Card

Follow these easy steps to program your NFC card so customers can leave Google Reviews with a simple tap.

What You Need:

✅ Your NFC card
✅ A smartphone with NFC enabled
✅ The NFC Tools app (Free on iOS & Android)

Step 1: Find Your Google Review Link

  1. Open Google Chrome or your preferred browser.
  2. Search for your business on Google.
  3. Click on your business listing.
  4. Scroll down and click "Write a Review".
  5. Copy the URL from the address bar.

💡 Tip: If you’re using the Google My Business app:

  • Open the app → Tap Customers → Tap Reviews → Tap Get More Reviews → Copy the link.

Step 2: Download the NFC Tools App

  1. Open the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
  2. Search for "NFC Tools" and install it.

Step 3: Write Your Google Review Link to the NFC Card

  1. Open the NFC Tools app.
  2. Tap "Write".
  3. Tap "Add a record".
  4. Select "URL/Link".
  5. Paste your Google Review link into the field.
  6. Tap "OK" or "Add".
  7. Tap "Write / 10" (or similar).
  8. Hold your NFC card near the back of your phone until you see "Write Complete".

✅ Done! Your NFC card is now ready to use.

Step 4: Test Your NFC Card

  1. Exit the NFC Tools app.
  2. Tap your NFC card against your phone.
  3. You will receive a notification directing you to your google review page.

If it doesn’t work:
🔹 Make sure NFC is enabled on your phone (Check Settings).
🔹 Try re-writing the link using the same steps.

How to Use Your NFC Card

📌 Place your NFC card in an easy-to-reach spot (e.g., reception desk, checkout counter, or on your work van).
📌 Ask customers to tap the card with their phone and leave a review.
